There are plenty of fun things to do within our beautiful community. We have narrowed down some of the most fun things to do here in Georgina this fall!

Homestead Orchard

Come by and pick your own apples and strawberries here at the farm. There's plenty of baked goods and preserves like cookies, pies, muffins, jams, jellies and an assortment of pickles, relishes and chutneys for sale inside the shop. There's aso a playground for small children. Spend the day under the sun making memories with your family.

 

Brooks Farm

With over 10 acres dedicated to farm fun, your guaranteed to have a blast! Swing by the Barnyard Playland and enjoy playing on the zip line, splash pad, pirate ship, tire horse swing and much more! Visit the farm before October 27th to attend the Fall Fun Festival. Be sure to stop by for their annual pumpkin smash to dispose of your Halloween pumpkins.

 

Vista Park

Bring your family over to Vista Park to have a fun day out in the fresh autumn air. Bring some outdoor activities and have yourself a nice picnic under teh full mature trees. Take in all that nature has to offer.

 

Ravenshoe Forest (Brownhill Tract)

This trail offers amazing terrain for hiking and biking through the forest. With more than 15km of trails, you're sure to have a wonderful time. Take a stroll through the quiet, peaceful forest and listen for all types of wildlife. This trail is prone to bugs and poison ivy, so please dress appropriately to the changing conditions. Ensure you don't get lost by following a map, or pinning your location on your cell phone. 

 

Georgina Harvest Dinner

Support Local farmers and future chef's across the Greenbelt by sharing a delicious, locally sourced meal followed by a fabulous evening of dancing to the George St. Kitts Band. There will be a live auction and dance!

 

Sibbald Point & Historical St. George's Church

Bring your camoing gear and spend a weekend at this wonderful Provincial Park. Build a fire and roast some marshmallows or head over to the beach to swim and get some sun! There's plenty of activities to do like biking, boating, fishing, canoeing and more! You can also head north to visit St. George's Church and learn a lot of history in our area. This is also the resting place of Stephen Leacock. The Church welcomes you to join their Sunday services.

 

The Briars Resort & Spa

There's plenty of activities for everyone at The Briars Resort. Spend the morning on a private 18-hole golf course and kick back and enjoy the spa in the afternooon. Finish the night off in the dining room where you can enjoy a delicious meal cooked with mostly local ingredients.
