Where to begin with Wei... as an agent he is diligent, responsive, on time/prompt, he gives great advice and is honest. I have been friends with him for years and finally had the pleasure of working with him. He listed my house in Gamebridge Ontario, between Beaverton and Brechin. Tough place to sell at a tough time! It didn’t stop him! 2 deals fell through and both times he had a new offer lined up within days. The third time was a charm, it sold firm and closed June 20th. This changed my life!!! He sold my house for double what I bought it for 5 years ago. I am so thankful. Then I used him as my agent to purchase my new home in Innisfil. He stood by our side & worked his tail off to get us the closing we wanted, the price we wanted and the deposit we were comfortable with. He then let us use his brand new enclosed trailer complimentary. On top of this, he gave us a beautiful house warming gift - an outdoor fire pit. It’s gorgeous & thoughtful.
